From your first steps in shallow water to freestyle over longer distances, every TSA programme uses the same approach: clear aims, results you can feel, and a coach who adapts to you. You don’t have to choose a programme yourself. Your try-out shows where you start.

Refine your stroke, find a calm breathing rhythm and build endurance you can sustain.
Entry: you swim short distances of freestyle, or longer distances of breaststroke and want to switch.
