Work at The Swim Academy

We teach adults to swim with confidence, in small groups and one to one. We're looking for people who like helping others take a step they found hard for years.

Amsterdam Zuidas & Amstelveen · 4 to 12 hours a week

Adult swimming coach

You give private, duo and small-group lessons to adults: from people who are afraid of water to swimmers who want a better freestyle. You work at Clubsportive (Amsterdam Zuidas) and Special Sports (Amstelveen).

What we offer

Employment or freelance (ZZP), €25 to €35 per hour depending on experience
The TSA Trainer Development Program: 60 hours of practice and 20 hours of theory (worth €1,699), free if you start before 31 December 2026
A free gym membership at the club if you coach 5 hours a week or more

Who you are

A good swimmer who can explain things calmly and clearly
Patient with adults who are nervous in the water
Reliable: your swimmers count on you every week
Experience as a swimming teacher or coach is a plus, not a must. We train you.

Amsterdam · internship · 4 to 5 days a week

Marketing, content & growth intern

You help more adults find their way to TSA: content for social media and the website, ad campaigns, and measuring what works.

What we offer

An internship allowance of €550 a month
Real responsibility for campaigns and content, with clear results you can show

Who you are

A student at university or university of applied sciences (HBO/WO) in marketing, communication or a related field
You enjoy both creating content and looking at the numbers
