Water Confidence & Fundamentals is the first step for adults who have never learned to swim — especially if you feel unsure or anxious in the water. This small group course (max. 5 swimmers) helps you build trust, safety, and body control in and under the water, through clear guidance and structured progression.
The program begins with a 4-week starter phase: A1. Water Confidence Starter. All participants begin at the same time, creating a focused and supportive group experience — essential for building confidence from day one.
After completing A1, most swimmers continue into A2. Water Confidence & Fundamentals. In this second stage, you’ll further develop your comfort, coordination, and technique — now with more flexibility in pace and scheduling.
This step-by-step pathway gives you a safe and empowering start to your swim journey — with purpose, structure, and personal coaching at every step.
Participants must be 18 years or older. Bring a positive attitude, commitment, and a willingness to learn.

Appropriate swimwear: a bikini or beach shorts are not comfortable for swimming. You may want to consider other options such as an one-piece swimsuit or swim trunk, as it provides better coverage and support.

This course runs year-round, with new groups starting every 4 weeks. You sign up for a 4-week block with 1 or 2 fixed sessions per week, depending on your chosen training frequency.
All participants start together, creating a structured and supportive group environment — ideal for beginners.

After completing this starter course (A1. Water Confidence Starter), you can transition into a Small Group Training membership. This gives you continued access to follow-up courses — A2. Water Confidence & Fundamentals, B. Safe Stroke Foundation, and C. Breaststroke Builder — while training at your own pace and maintaining your weekly rhythm.
This course is booked in 4-week blocks. There is no automatic renewal – you rebook manually via your personal account.
We believe in starting and progressing together. That’s why each block is structured as a fixed 4-week unit – ensuring group consistency and a high-quality learning experience, especially in the early stages of learning to swim.
After completing this course, you may transition into a membership program for more flexible training options.
Your course fee covers all training sessions and full access to the club facilities on the day of your swim class. This includes the pool, gym, and wellness areas.
Group classes offered by the club (like yoga or spinning) are not included.
Courses, like Water Confidence & Fundamentals, run in fixed groups with a clear start and end. Everyone starts together and follows the same weekly schedule for a set period – ideal for beginners who benefit from structure and group progression.
Memberships, on the other hand, offer flexible access to ongoing training options. You can choose your frequency (1x, 2x, or 3x per week), book sessions across locations, and adjust your schedule based on availability.
From Course B (Safe Stroke Foundation) and onward, training continues in a membership format. At that stage, the focus shifts to developing stroke technique, where flexibility and personal pace become more important than a fixed group start.
If you can’t attend a session, you may request a make-up class within the same 4-week cycle. Make-ups are only possible in another group of the same level and are subject to availability – they are not guaranteed.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling. Missed sessions without notice or late cancellations (within 24 hours) cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Unused classes expire at the end of each cycle and do not carry over.
All changes can be managed easily through your personal account via our app or website.
